1. Who we are

AdCloud Agency is a marketing and technology services company for appointment-based businesses. We help businesses with advertising, follow-up and booking experiences. This policy covers our own website and inquiries made to us; our handling of information for clients is explained separately below.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you submit. When you complete a form, request an audit or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, website or Instagram profile, email address, mobile phone number and business details. Business details may include your business type, number of locations, advertising activity and what you would like us to review.
  • Meeting bookings. When you schedule through our HubSpot scheduling tool, we receive the contact information, answers, selected meeting time and other booking details you submit. We may also receive information about changes or cancellations.
  • Website and campaign information. Our website and service providers may automatically collect pages visited, interactions, visit times, IP address, device and browser information, referring websites, advertising identifiers and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign. We use cookies and similar technologies, including browser session storage, for website functionality, attribution, analytics and advertising measurement.
  • Communications and consent. We may keep messages you send us, our responses and records of your messaging choices, consent and opt-out requests.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information or information about other people unless you have permission and it is needed for your request.

3. How we use your information

We use information to:

  • Deliver the booking audit, strategy call or other information you request.
  • Respond to inquiries, understand your business and communicate about your request.
  • Send related emails and, where you have agreed, text messages, including scheduling details and follow-up.
  • Operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and services.
  • Understand how visitors find and use our website, measure advertising performance and improve campaigns.
  • Keep consent and business records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

4. SMS and text messaging

If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive texts, AdCloud Agency may text you about your audit or call, including responses, scheduling and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message, and we will stop further messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not automatically opt you out of email communications; you can request that separately.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Messaging providers may process your phone number and message content only to deliver and support our messages on our behalf, not for their own marketing. For messaging help, reply HELP or email marcus@slaterdigitalgroup.com.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, including pixels and browser storage, help websites remember information or record activity. Some support functionality, such as recognizing a request or preserving campaign attribution during your visit; others support measurement and advertising.

  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and interactions. Google may receive device, browser, page and campaign information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Meta Pixel. We use Meta Pixel to measure visits and conversions, evaluate Facebook and Instagram advertising, and support relevant advertising. Meta may associate website activity with information it holds. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google Ads. We may use Google Ads campaigns and related conversion or remarketing technologies to understand campaign performance and show relevant ads. Where used, these technologies may collect identifiers and activity information. See Google’s advertising technology information.

You can block or delete cookies and manage browser storage in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, manage Google ad preferences and adjust Meta ad preferences. Choices may be specific to a browser, device or account and may need to be repeated after clearing cookies. Blocking cookies may affect site features, and an advertising opt-out does not mean you will stop seeing ads.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We use service providers to operate our website and deliver services. They receive information needed for their functions, subject to applicable agreements and restrictions. These include:

  • Hosting and storage providers, including Replit: operate the website and store form submissions and technical records.
  • HubSpot: provides scheduling and CRM tools for contact details, meeting bookings and related communications.
  • Google and Meta: provide the analytics and advertising tools described above. Their processing of website activity is also subject to their own policies and your settings with them.
  • Email and messaging providers, including Resend for email: deliver requested communications and operational notifications and help us manage delivery and messaging preferences.

We do not provide mobile information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the SMS section above for our specific mobile information and consent commitments.

Some state privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising more broadly than exchanging information for money. Certain advertising technology disclosures may fall within those definitions where those laws apply. You can use the choices above and contact us to request applicable opt-outs.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or as reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and the security of our services. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, provide requested services, maintain consent and business records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. The period depends on the type of information and the reason it is held. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal requirements and routine backup retention.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary website forms or email.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing marcus@slaterdigitalgroup.com. Please describe your request without sending sensitive identification documents. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting.

Depending on your location and which state privacy laws apply to our business, you may also have rights to receive a copy of your information, obtain it in a portable format, opt out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain uses, or appeal a denied request. We will respond as required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may ask us to review the decision by replying to our response or emailing the same address. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law, such as records needed to comply with an opt-out, meet legal duties or resolve a dispute. You can stop texts by replying STOP, ask us to stop nonessential emails by contacting us or using an unsubscribe link where provided, and manage cookies and advertising through the controls described above.

10. Information we handle for clients

When we process information on behalf of a client, such as information about that client’s leads or customers, we handle it under our agreements with that client and its instructions, subject to applicable law. The client’s own privacy policy governs its collection and use of that information. Please direct requests about a client’s records to that business; we will assist the client as required by our agreements and applicable law.

11. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Links to other websites

Our website may link to or embed third-party websites and tools, including scheduling services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for those websites’ content or practices, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing information.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
