When Luxe White Smiles brought us on in February 2026, they had four studios across the Phoenix and Tucson area and a familiar problem: most of their bookings came through one location, one studio had nearly stopped getting bookings, and a new studio was on the way.
By September, monthly revenue had grown from an average of about $21,000 to $57,710. Here's how.
Where they started
In the three months before we took over, Luxe averaged about $21,000 a month and 122 appointments a month across all studios. Clients booked through a generic scheduler that didn't explain the services well or make it easy to pick the closest location.
What we changed
Ads for each studio, not one for the whole brand. We ran Meta and Google campaigns for each location, built around a $40-off first visit. Someone in Mesa sees a Mesa ad and lands on the Mesa booking page.
Location pages that actually convert. Every studio got its own page with a studio selector and a Book Now button that opens booking without leaving the page.
A custom booking app on top of Acuity. Clients pick a studio, a service and a time on one clean, mobile-first flow. Ads link straight to the right studio, so there's no extra step.
Tracking that teaches the ad platforms. Server-side conversion tracking sends real bookings back to Meta, so the ads optimize for people who book, not just people who click.
Instant follow-up. New inquiries get a text within minutes, and past clients get re-engagement messages when they're due for a touch-up.
The results
| Before (Nov 2025–Jan 2026 avg) | After | Change | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly revenue | about $21,000 | $57,710 (Sep 2026) | 2.7x |
| Monthly appointments | 122 | 318 (Sep 2026) | 2.6x |
| New clients per month | 96 | 223 (Jul–Sep avg) | 2.3x |
The studio that had nearly stopped booking went to 64 appointments a month, and the new Mesa studio averaged 52 a month in its first full quarter. In the booking app, 51% of people who pick a date and time complete their booking.
The takeaway for multi-location brands
Growth didn't come from one big idea. It came from connecting the pieces: location-specific ads, pages that make booking obvious, a booking flow built for phones, and follow-up for anyone who doesn't finish. Each one makes the next one work better.
